The National Medical Partnerships Leader will accelerate and scale the strategic direction of the Medical Partnerships channel, growing it into a nationally coordinated, high-performing growth engine. This is a leadership role that carries both full-channel accountability and direct revenue ownership: managing a team of five regional field reps across New York, South Florida, NorCal, and SoCal, while personally owning the cultivation and expansion of National Accounts and Health System relationships. Because every partnership begins with a physician's trust, this leader will serve as a credible, clinically fluent ambassador for Sollis with the doctors and systems we serve. Sollis Health was founded by a primary care physician, and that origin still shapes how we partner with the medical community. We understand what it means to protect a patient relationship and uphold a referring doctor's standard of care, which is exactly why our Medical Partnerships channel is one of the most strategically important growth levers at Sollis. It is how physicians, practices, and health systems extend their reach, giving their patients immediate access to high-acuity care without losing the continuity their doctors have worked to build. This is a hybrid role based out of LA, NYC or Miami.
