Lead national sales efforts for the Health Care Practitioner channel, including planning, execution, reporting, and team development. Coach Territory Managers in the field, optimize trade spend, and drive forecasting and channel strategies to exceed targets. This is a field-based role with regular travel nationally across Canada and occasional weekend work. This position is an existing vacancy. Responsible for driving sustainable, profitable sales results within the assigned channel while leading and developing a high-performing team. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and enhance overall channel effectiveness, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.
