National Accounts Sales Representative

About The Position

The National Accounts Sale Representative is responsible for leading and expanding Managed Repair Programs (MRPs), acquisition and growth of regional and super regional insurance carriers as well as seeking out and developing new funnels of business. This individual support both 1-800 Water Damage and Blue Kangaroo Packoutz franchise networks. This individual will work closely with franchise owners, BELFOR field offices, brand leadership, program administrators, insurance partners, and other key stakeholders to strengthen national account performance and achieve organizational growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in national account management, business development, sales, insurance, restoration, claims management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, development, and management of Managed Repair Programs, Claims Partnerships, and National and Regional Insurance Accounts.
  • Manage the onboarding process for company-approved MRPs, including applications, documentation, compliance requirements, and program implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional clients to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that support the BELFOR.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with Legal and appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to increase account penetration, revenue, and franchisee participation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and serve as a primary point of contact for national account matters.
  • Support the achievement of department and organizational goals related to MRPs and National Accounts.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives designed to address client needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and support BELFOR, including XactAnalysis and Cotality, as they relate to national account and claims processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely account reporting, including onboarding activity, job counts, revenue, and other required performance metrics.
  • Analyze required reports for individual MRPs and National Accounts.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reporting to Brand Presidents.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit new MRP/DRP programs both Regional and super regional Insurance Accounts.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop plans to increase network participation.
  • Build relationships with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, managed repair networks, claims partners, and other strategic organizations to drive revenue.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and other business development events.
  • Coordinate and execute effective trade show participation, including booth displays, marketing materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key national and regional clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or service issues.
  • Lead initiatives designed to improve quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and overall account performance.
  • Develop and implement processes that promote consistent service delivery throughout the network.
  • Ensure end-customer expectations are understood and effectively communicated to franchisees and field operations.
  • Ensure accurate monthly reporting of onboarding activity, job counts, revenue, and other key account metrics.
  • Prepare and distribute any MRP/DRP and National Account reports.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate account performance, opportunities, challenges, and initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Assist in establishing and achieving departmental goals and performance objectives.
