National Accounts Property Intern - Business Insurance
About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a National Accounts Property Intern for their Business Insurance team. This internship offers broad exposure to the casualty team broking process, including client meetings, negotiations with brokers and underwriters, strategic reviews of the casualty book, and presentation crafting. The program provides real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience, allowing interns to apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction. The goal is to offer insight into the insurance industry and serve as a springboard for full-time careers, focusing on tools for Client Management or Sales career pathways.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as risk management, insurance, finance, business administration, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Computer proficiency in all functions of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to think critically, analyze complex information, and review work for accuracy.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in a professional setting.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
Responsibilities
