As our Client Executive on the National Accounts team, you’ll work directly with the Client Director & Client Specialist. You are responsible for servicing and retaining an existing commercial book of business. This includes the ability to manage workload by processing daily servicing tasks along with delegating tasks to team members. Responsible for supporting the marketing/placement of new and renewal commercial accounts with specific teams. Demonstrating team leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance industry (carrier, agency) laws, products, coverages and markets is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
  • Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop relationships to retain accounts.
  • Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
  • Property and Casualty license required.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree is preferred.
  • CIC, CRM, ARM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing and retaining an existing commercial book of business.

  • Demonstrate team leadership.
  • Review insurance policy documents to identify coverage placements, analyze policy forms and endorsements, and interpret key policy language to support accurate client service and risk assessment.
  • Evaluate the clients’ needs and negotiate with underwriters.
