About The Position

The role of National Account Manager at National Tank & Equipment is pivotal in advancing our strategic growth objectives. In this leadership position, you will develop and manage key national accounts by establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships based on trust and performance excellence. You will be instrumental in negotiating and securing Master Service Agreements and long-term contracts that align with both customer needs and our company's vision. Your mission encompasses being a proactive and strategic leader adept at identifying evolving customer needs and delivering bespoke solutions that secure National Tank & Equipment’s position as a premier rental partner in the industrial market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA a plus!
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large national or multi-location accounts within commercial pump rental equipment sectors or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and RentalMan systems is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation, commercial structuring, and strategic account growth.
  • Strong financial literacy coupled with strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to undertake extensive domestic and occasional international travel.
