About The Position

The National Accounts Manager owns the day-to-day management, growth, and support of assigned FMO, agency, and field distribution partner relationships. This role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned partners and is responsible for ensuring partners and their downline agents receive timely communications, product education, market updates, reporting insights, event support, and the tools and resources needed to grow Zing Health Medicare Advantage production. This position is responsible for advancing field partner engagement across assigned markets through strategic account management, training delivery, performance reporting, campaign execution, agent engagement, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The National Accounts Manager will identify growth opportunities, monitor partner performance, develop action plans, and help ensure partner needs are addressed in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Medicare Advantage, field broker and agency relations, account management, partner communications, sales enablement, and field strategy. This individual is client-focused, highly organized, professional in their approach, and comfortable representing Zing Health with external partners. The successful candidate can independently manage partner priorities, lead trainings and meetings, interpret performance metrics, coordinate across internal teams, and drive execution of initiatives that support partner growth and retention.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five or more years of experience in Medicare Advantage, field sales, agency relations, account management, partner engagement, broker distribution, or a related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to lead virtual and in-person meetings, trainings, and partner discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple partner relationships, market priorities, and competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Office.
  • Comfortable reviewing reports, production summaries, partner metrics, and performance trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and external partner organizations.
  • Understanding of Medicare Advantage sales, broker distribution, field strategy, and compliance expectations.
  • Active and current life and health insurance license in good standing required, or required to be obtained and appointed within sixty (60) days of hire. Testing may be required to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned FMO, agency, and field distribution partners to drive growth for Zing Health Medicare products.
  • Serve as a primary relationship owner and day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring consistent communication, follow-up, and resolution of partner needs.
  • Lead regular partner business reviews, strategy calls, and planning discussions focused on production, market opportunities, agent activation, campaign execution, and growth priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, agent readiness, training participation, Ready-to-Sell status, and market-level production.
  • Develop and execute partner-specific action plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partner leadership.
  • Deliver product, market, compliance, and sales training across assigned markets, including partner-facing, agent-facing, and train-the-trainer opportunities.
  • Own partner-specific reporting, scorecards, production summaries, and performance reviews, including key trends related to production, RTS status, training completion, enrollment activity, and campaign participation.
  • Translate reporting insights into clear recommendations, follow-up strategies, and targeted partner engagement activities.
  • Lead coordination of company-hosted and partner-hosted events across markets, including event planning, materials, timelines, partner participation, follow-up activities, and budget-related needs.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain field-facing resources that support partner and agent success, including flyers, playbooks, training guides, FAQs, quick-reference materials, training decks, partner communications, and agent-facing content.
  • Partner with Marketing, Training, Sales Operations, Compliance, and Regional Sales teams to execute approved communications, campaigns, collateral, training, and field support initiatives.
  • Ensure assigned partners understand Zing Health’s mission, product strategy, market opportunities, compliance expectations, operational processes, and growth priorities.
  • Proactively identify partner concerns, operational barriers, and resource gaps; coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain a current understanding of Medicare Advantage, Zing Health products, broker distribution trends, compliance requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Represent Zing Health professionally in internal meetings, partner meetings, trainings, market events, and other field-facing opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with internal teams, external partners, agency leaders, and field stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel periodically, including overnight travel, to support partner meetings, trainings, sales events, and company initiatives as needed.
