About The Position

The National Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all new National Accounts and pricing. This role involves processing customer pass-through billing promptly and with high quality, initiating contact and following up on customer inquiries and disputes, and serving as a primary point of contact for outside distributors. The coordinator will take accountability for accounts receivable, days sales outstanding, aging balances, credits, and bad debt performance on assigned accounts, while maintaining positive and professional customer relationships. Additional duties may be assigned to contribute to team success. The role thrives in a team environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

High School Education or GED required
Minimum of one year experience in customer service or office environment
At least one year of collections experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and enterprise systems such as JDE and OBIEE
Effective communication and strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
