About The Position

Fresh Mark, based in Northeast Ohio, is looking for a National Account Sales Manager, with experience in protein or food-based categories. As a part of our Food Service sales team, you will be accountable for continuing to grow sales as we expand. You must be an aggressive, disciplined leader who enjoys an entrepreneurial environment where career success is driven by results.

Requirements

Experience in meat or food-based categories is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field and 5-7 years in outside sales.
Willing to travel
Strong communication skills
Proficient in technology, ability to learn new programs

Responsibilities

Developing and executing Corporate and food service sales strategies to drive penetration and growth.
Identify customer needs and providing product solutions to drive category growth.
Generate, maintain and grow sales for the attainment of volume and margin objectives.
Apply category management principles to identify opportunities to increase distribution and grow share versus competition.
Identify prospective opportunities and create an action plan to deliver incremental business.
Work with Marketing to develop effective presentations for sales targets.
Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
Manage brokers and other 3rd party business support entities to ensure optimal ROI.
