The National Account Manager (NAM) acts as the primary corporate relationship owner, leading business strategy, contract negotiations, customer growth plans, and executive engagement. The role ensures seamless execution through collaboration with field sales, inside sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional partners. The NAM drives business growth by securing strategic partnerships, influencing executive stakeholders, expanding customer reach, developing joint business plans, and ensuring successful pull-through of Haleon's Expert strategy across affiliated practices nationwide.
