About The Position

We are looking for a remarkable sales professional to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand as National Account Manager to drive our continued growth and success with our Fan, Specialty, and Grocery Channel. Working with some of the most recognised entertainment brands, including Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, Beyblade, Nerf, Monopoly, K Pop, Play-Doh, Peppa Pig and Baby Alive. The National Account Manager will lead the development & execution of sales plans across Hasbro's toy & game consumer products categories to achieve shared success with our retail partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' commercial account management experience within either a Specialty or grocery background, preferably with a background in Toy & Games, General Merchandise, Hard Goods, or FMCG and online experience
  • Ability to think out of the box and be entrepreneurial to accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Adaptability, with a mindset for making future focused strategic decisions while executing flawlessly
  • A collaborative, flexible approach with a real interest in building trusting relationships that propel Hasbro to be #1 partner of choice
  • Commercially savvy, with experience in category management & the full path to purchase and ability to fully leverage shopper insights
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of data-processing tools.
  • Ambitious, proactive, result-oriented, self-initiating, persistent and independent
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline & passion for the toy and fan business

Responsibilities

  • Lead & execute the customer strategy to deliver against 3-year growth objectives and 1 year financial (top line & variable margin), POS & share goals.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with key customers with an aligned Joint Business Plan to drive sustainable growth
  • Utilise analytics & data to develop a deep understanding and application of ROI metrics to maximize trade spend to deliver ambitious sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, shopper insights, field merchandising, demand planning & finance to ensure full alignment & execution of key brand and category strategies to deliver sustainable growth with the customer.
  • Deliver exceptional forecast accuracy to drive high levels of DIFOT
