Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years experience in sales in the food industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic PC skills are required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes a business plan for managing sales activities.
  • Maintains and initiates relationships with customer accounts.
  • Utilizes data sources to analyze and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Manages customer service levels of the sales staff.
  • Assists in planning product advertisements.
  • Manages controllable budget spending.
  • Prepares and delivers effective sales presentations and contract proposals to customers.
  • Negotiates prices with sales accounts and suppliers.
  • Manages sale administrative functions including; pricing, promotions, and reporting.
