About The Position

At CheckSammy, we're looking for a motivated and relationship-focused National Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to expand business through upselling and cross-selling. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven success growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in environmental services, waste management, sustainability, logistics, facility services, commercial cleaning, or other B2B service industries.
• Experience managing multi-location or national customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing business through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, service recommendations, and contract renewals.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Track customer activity, account performance, and sales opportunities within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide strategic recommendations to customers.
