This role involves delivering sales in accordance with revenue budgets and forecasts, expanding the customer portfolio, and increasing market share by prospecting new customers. The position requires maintaining and developing business with existing customers, mapping individual customers, planning and executing customer activities, and managing customer accounts in Salesforce. The role also involves supporting customer complaints, resolving routine issues, and developing industry networks. Additionally, the National Account Manager will develop customer plans, monitor market dynamics and competitive landscapes, and provide timely reports and forecasts to management.
