As a National Account Manager, Farm & Hardware (NAM, F&H) you will be part of a dedicated team based in Halifax, NS and reporting to the Sales Manager. This role is responsible for increasing sales for the portfolio for respective businesses, preparing and presenting business plans, initiating and championing the line review process, expanding assortment, initiating and planning account promotional plans, merchandising co-development and execution, coordinating divisional channel manager activities, and building out and planning the ecommerce strategy. The role is also responsible for account P&L measurements, including top-line sales, standard margin, warranty, controllable expenses, and co-op and VR negotiations. You will lead purposeful meetings with account key contacts, drive POS & Shipments, and manage fine mitigation. Partnership with the Channel Manager to execute the business plan and ownership of forecasting (unit detail/sales call reconciliation) are also key responsibilities. You will track and analyze POS results and liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams.
