About The Position

Bulla Dairy Foods is seeking a National Account Manager - Convenience to join their Commercial Sales Team. This role is responsible for leading and growing Bulla's Convenience channel nationally, with significant growth potential supported by a new manufacturing facility. The position also involves taking ownership of the Scoop portfolio, working closely with National Account & Distributor teams and the Head of Sales ANZ to drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and unlock new market opportunities. This role is suitable for individuals currently managing key convenience banners looking to broaden their experience or established channel experts seeking a new challenge.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience within the Convenience channel - this is a prerequisite for the role.
  • Experience in FMCG sales, key account management or category management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • A track record of delivering sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building and growing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel-specific sales and growth strategies across the Convenience channel.
  • Build, maintain and grow strategic customer relationships across national and independent convenience customers.
  • Develop customer business plans, negotiate trading terms and manage commercial agreements.
  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead the sales and marketing activities for the Scoop portfolio, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and promotional programs to achieve revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
