The day to day: Leading the development of annual budget and trade spend strategy for key accounts. (Ahold, Market Basket, Weis) Managing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual meetings with each customer to review the state of the business, present new items, conduct line reviews, and customized promotional calendars. (Identifying gaps/opportunities/risks and provide action plans for improvements) Develop business plans and sales strategies to ensure sales goals and objectives. Providing excellent merchandising and category recommendations to support sales growth. Building and execution of an omni-channel strategy. Creating and understanding promotional budgets and activities. Inputting forecasted base and incremental sales volume by SKU for direct accounts. Trade fund management and forecasting Maintaining and using data analysis tools (Spins/IRI/Nielson)
