Role Overview This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced enterprise sales professional ready to own the highest-value accounts in the business. You will lead new enterprise chain acquisition and distributor expansion nationally, operating across all geographies as part of a small, high-accountability enterprise sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise sales experience — distributor networks, c-store chains, travel centers, or large-scale retail preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to close at the national or regional chain level
  • Strong business review and account management discipline
  • Comfort operating across all geographies without a defined territory
  • High ownership, high velocity, and alignment with our values: integrity, ownership, evidence, accountability, and velocity

Responsibilities

  • Drive national distributor velocity — expand door count and hit velocity benchmarks across existing distributor partner network
  • Sign new distributors — minimum 1 new national or regional distributor signed per quarter
  • Sign new enterprise chains — minimum 1 new enterprise chain account signed per quarter
  • Own business reviews — monthly with Circle K; quarterly with all other chain and distributor accounts
  • Manage a live pipeline — minimum 3 enterprise or distributor prospects in active negotiation at all times
  • Launch new products — introduce KAVAA+ and KAVAA into all enterprise accounts and distributor lines post-launch
  • Prospect at volume — minimum 55 engagements per day (calls, emails, texts, in-person) via daily target list through the lead system, supplemented by self-sourced prospecting
