Role Summary: As a National Account Coordinator in the Rental & Used division at Caterpillar, you will coordinate and supports sales activities for Rental National Accounts Team while managing a book of business. This position is designed to build the skills and experience needed for future success as a Rental Account Manager.

Responsibilities

Following organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements.
Consult with dealers and internal business partners on the subject of sales and service support of product to rental “corporate account” customers.
Enhancing processes for customer touch points including equipment sourcing, sales calls, team support, contract management, marketing support, and any additional information needed to support customer growth.
Working directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services to current/new customers, and ensure customers' needs are met.
