About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating with clients' day-to-day contacts, publishers and/or vendors, business offices, and internal teams to support the execution of their national advertising programs across print and digital platforms. This role allows for the strategic placed directional advertising (e.g., digital, mobile, SEM/SEO, social, and print) to optimize advertising effectiveness and maximize their return on advertising investment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (or international equivalent), required
  • 2+ years of related experience, required.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience, required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
  • Organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Digital advertising sales experience, preferred.
  • Industry knowledge with an understanding of best practices and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and coordinates account-client records within division internal database (BerryQUEST), including preparing monthly directory notifications, researching special publisher pricing data, ensuring orders are accurately placed with publishers and vendors, facilitating research, coordinating and keying client advertising, and ordering artwork.
  • Collaborate with other Berry Network departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations etc.) on behalf of clients.
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s goals and strategies in order to make directional advertising recommendations to maximize the clients’ advertising reach and ROI while driving program growth and maintaining client relationships to foster retention.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of current products and service offerings, pricings, and procedures.
  • Assists team supervisor and manager on account-client reviews.
