About The Position

Ford Racing is seeking an experienced NASCAR Program Manager to lead our stock car racing program and drive it toward wins and championships. In this role, you'll own the program strategy, cross-functional technical leadership, and key partner and sanctioning body relationships that define our competitiveness on the NASCAR circuit. You'll lead a team of program supervisors and engineers, balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving racing environment, and represent the program to Ford Racing leadership. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure and is driven to win.

Requirements

  • Experience leading the NASCAR motorsports program end-to-end, including cycle planning, budget ownership, and program strategy to consistently deliver race wins and championships
  • Experience leading and developing a cross-functional technical team, including Ford employees and partner organizations, to optimize on-track results
  • Experience serving as the primary interface with race team partners, suppliers, and the NASCAR sanctioning body, representing Ford Racing's interests and ensuring program compliance
  • Experience driving critical problem resolution and prevent-recurrence actions across the program in a fast-paced, weekly-turnaround racing environment
  • Experience fostering innovation and two-way tech transfer race-to-road-to-race
  • Strong organizational skills and great communication
  • Experience providing people and career development leadership for program supervisors, engineers, and matrix reports supporting the program

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Prior people-leadership experience managing supervisors or engineering managers
  • Direct NASCAR or oval-track racing program leadership experience
  • Experience managing supplier and technical partner relationships in a high-performance racing environment
  • Track record of successfully leading programs to race wins or championships
