A warm, active family of five in a gated Spring community is seeking an experienced, full-time nanny to join their household team and become a trusted presence in their children's daily lives. With three outgoing, energetic kids, a fully staffed home, and a family culture built around togetherness and structure, this is a role for someone who genuinely loves the work and shows up ready to engage every single day. The family has three children: a 4-year-old boy and two girls ages 8 and 9. All three are active, social, and love being outside. The girls are creative and arts-and-crafts oriented, and each child brings their own personality to the mix. The eldest daughter has a short history of infrequent seizures. This is not anticipated to recur; however, candidates should be confident and prepared in case she were to have another seizure. The position runs Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm, and is structured around a true team dynamic with mom. Days will involve alternating school pickups for all three children, driving to extracurricular activities, homework support, and being fully present with whichever children are home at any given time. The family has a chef on staff, so cooking responsibilities are limited primarily to preparing school lunches. Additional duties include children's and family laundry, light cleaning, running errands, swimming with the children, administering medications as needed, and caring for the family's 90-pound Bernedoodle. The home sits on a cul-de-sac with a large backyard, pool, and sport court, so comfort in and around water is a must. Approximately two to four overnight stays per month are required, along with occasional weekend flexibility when the father travels. Travel with the family is welcomed but not required. The family is seeking someone dependable, high-energy, calm, and mature, with a genuine love for children and the confidence to be firm when the moment calls for it. Experience with three or more children and school-aged kids beyond the preschool years is a firm requirement. This family has had a nanny for four years and knows exactly what works: someone who is flexible without being a pushover, comfortable with household tasks alongside childcare, and invested in the children as individuals. The family is open to out-of-state candidates and offers a relocation assistance package of $5,000 to $8,000. An NDA is required.
