About The Position

A warm family in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny/household manager for a long-term role. The ideal candidate is a patient, kind, low-key professional with calm energy and good judgment. Responsibilities include school pick-ups, activity coordination, meal prep for children, grocery shopping, children's laundry, and general tidying. A nanny comfortable in the kitchen is especially valued. Flexibility is important, including occasional overnight coverage during parent travel and weekend evening babysitting. The family offers a 35-hour weekly pay guarantee, even during family travel. A friendly dog is in the home. An NDA is required, and a flu shot is preferred. Compensation is $30/hr gross, commensurate with experience, paid via payroll, with industry-standard PTO and paid holidays.

Requirements

BA/BS college degree, AA in related field of study, or a minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience
Up-to-date First-Aid & CPR certification (willingness to renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
5+ years of childcare experience in any field
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. Driver’s License
Competent swimmer (if and when required)
Non-smoker
Willingness to sign our no-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Willingness to complete our Stop the Silence training upon membership
