A family looking for more than just a nanny is seeking a dependable, proactive caregiver who can bring energy, organization, and structure to their busy household. The ideal candidate will be loving, engaging, and confident creating a fun environment while keeping the children on track. They are looking for someone with a strong moral compass, positive attitude, and the ability to be both kind and firm. This role also includes light family-assistant and household support. The family may welcome a new baby, so experience with newborn care is highly preferred. They are looking for someone proactive, punctual, trustworthy, flexible, and willing to take initiative without needing to be micromanaged, with occasional travel or overnight care potentially needed.

- Driving to school and activities
- Assisting with routines and bath time

- Children’s laundry
- Unloading the dishwasher
- Wiping counters
- Vacuuming
- Meal prep and cooking
- Grocery pickup
- Keeping children’s areas stocked
- Checking backpacks
- Communicating when household supplies are running low
- Newborn care including bottle preparation, washing bottles, tummy time, sensory activities, walks, sleep-training support, and helping with developmental milestones.
