About The Position
Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, dependable Nanny Manager for a family near Buckhead with two children, ages 7 and 2. The role combines childcare with household management and is suited to an organized, engaging professional who can independently manage the household’s daily flow, take initiative, and anticipate what needs to be done without constant oversight. The Nanny Manager will support the children and parents by coordinating schedules, helping with household needs, and creating a fun, organized, and nurturing environment. The role includes domestic and international travel a few times per year; candidates must have a valid passport and be comfortable traveling. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. The stated annual pay range is $60,000–$70,000.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must be comfortable with domestic and international travel a few times throughout the year.
- Must be trustworthy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently without constant oversight.
Responsibilities
- Care for and engage with two children, ages 7 and 2, balancing the needs of different age groups.
- Help keep the household stocked with everyday essentials.
- Manage family laundry.
- Run errands.
- Prepare simple, healthy meals for the family.
- Coordinate family schedules.
- Transport the children to and from extracurricular activities.
