About The Position
Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, adaptable Nanny Manager for a busy family near Sandy Springs with four children, ages 14, 10, 10, and 3 months. This is a long-term opportunity for a nurturing, proactive professional who enjoys working with children of different ages and can thrive in a dynamic household. The primary focus is providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the infant and maintaining her established routines. The Nanny Manager will also support the older children with school pickups, activities, and transportation as needed. Additional duties include family laundry, keeping the children's spaces clean and organized, simple meal preparation, and occasional household errands. Both parents have demanding careers, so the family seeks someone dependable, flexible, confident taking initiative, and respectful of their parenting style. The position guarantees 30 hours per week, with additional hours potentially available. The Monday–Friday schedule may vary weekly and is provided approximately one week in advance. Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and family travel may be requested.
Requirements
- Extensive infant experience.
- Understanding of the needs of preteens and teenagers.
- Dependability and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Confidence taking initiative while respecting the family's parenting style.
- Confident swimmer.
- Availability for a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with 30 guaranteed hours per week and potential additional hours.
- Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and family travel.
