Nanny for a Family near West Paces Ferry

Georgia's Dream Nannies, Inc.•Atlanta, GA
•$25 - $30•Onsite

About The Position

A family near West Paces Ferry is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and engaging nanny to primarily care for their happy, easygoing 10-month-old, with occasional care for their 2.5-year-old after daycare. The baby enjoys contact naps and benefits from attentive, hands-on care. The nanny will support developmental milestones through sensory play, reading, narration, and interactive engagement, and help establish healthy sleep habits. Feeding support is important because the baby can tire during bottle feeds and benefits from patient pacing and encouragement. Experience with baby-led weaning is a plus. The toddler is sweet and initially shy but warms up over time. She enjoys free play, arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor activities, and responds well to positive redirection. The nanny will also handle light child-related household tasks, including managing diaper pails, restocking supplies, children’s laundry, unloading dishes, simple meal preparation, organization, and occasional errands or daycare pickup. The family is looking for someone organized, proactive, adaptable, communicative, safety-focused, and willing to take initiative. Swimming ability is required. The home has one hypoallergenic Russian Blue cat. The schedule includes Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday from 7:30 a.m. to noon, and remaining hours on Monday and Thursday. The schedule will be provided 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
