Requirements

• Experienced with infants and confident caring for babies under 1 year
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Attentive, nurturing, and engaged with children throughout the day
• Creative in thinking of age-appropriate activities that support development
• Organized and comfortable managing infant-related tasks
• Reliable and professional with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide Loving Infant Care Care for a 3-month-old baby throughout the day including bottle feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and maintaining nap routines.
• Engage in Developmental Play Support the baby’s growth with age-appropriate activities like tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing, and interactive engagement.
• Daily Outings Enjoy fresh air with neighborhood walks or visits to local parks when appropriate.
• Track Daily Activities Log feedings, naps, and activities to keep everyone informed.
• Infant-Related Household Tasks Infant laundry (wash, dry, fold, return to nursery) Washing baby bottles Loading and unloading the dishwasher Keeping baby areas tidy and organized
