About The Position

A loving family in Brookhaven is seeking a warm, engaging, and proactive Nanny Manager to primarily care for their infant while helping maintain the smooth day-to-day flow of the household. The family's older child is a social and energetic toddler who attends school during the day. The Nanny Manager's primary focus will be the infant, with opportunities for additional interaction with the toddler for evening coverage or date nights. The family desires someone genuinely passionate about working with children, highly interactive, and committed to a screen-free, hands-on environment. Experience with infant sleep training is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is positive, nurturing, bubbly, dependable, and an excellent communicator who enjoys sending updates and photos. In addition to childcare, the Nanny Manager will assist with household support duties, including children's laundry, dishes, tidying common areas, stocking diaper stations, monitoring household supplies, taking out diaper pails, and occasional errands. Light meal preparation is appreciated when time allows. The family has a bi-weekly deep cleaning service.
