Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed
About The Position
We are a warm, welcoming family who recently moved to the Phoenix area and are looking for a nurturing, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our sweet 3-month-old son. As we settle into our new community, we are hoping to find a caregiver who will become a trusted part of our family's support system. As first-time parents, we are hoping to find someone who is warm, responsive, organized, and genuinely passionate about infant care and early childhood development. We value consistency, communication, and a caregiver who will help support our son's routines as he grows and develops. Our ideal nanny is someone who can help create a structured, calm environment and support our son as he transitions to a more predictable sleep and feeding schedule.
Requirements
- Experienced with infant care
- Responsive to baby's needs and cues
- Reliable with excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable establishing and maintaining routines
Nice To Haves
- Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing attentive, engaging care for a 3-month-old infant
- Supporting daily routines
- Helping maintain a consistent sleep schedule as established by the family
- Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Washing and sanitizing bottles
- Keeping baby areas organized and tidy
