About The Position
A family in Bellevue, WA is seeking a warm, experienced, and attentive nanny for their 9-month-old daughter. This position starts on September 21st for an expected duration of 6 to 9 months, providing consistent, nurturing in-home care during weekday hours. The family requires a smoke-free home with no pets, and care will be provided exclusively in the home, with no driving or child transportation necessary.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience caring for infants (specifically experience with 6–12 month olds)
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Fluent in English
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, safe, and gentle care for a 7-month-old infant
- Lead age-appropriate developmental play, interactive activities, and reading
- Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and bottles for the child
- Maintain established nap schedules, feeding routines, and diaper changes
- Keep play areas and child-related feeding spaces clean and organized
