About The Position

A lovely family in West Los Angeles is seeking a nurturing and reliable Full-Time Nanny to join their household starting August 31st. They have two daughters, a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. The primary focus will be on caring for the younger child, with afternoon and occasional support for the preschooler during school closures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant care experience
• CPR certified, or willingness to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and valid auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• All aspects of care and monitoring for two children including:
• Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities to support milestones
• Light meal prep
• Diaper changes
• Maintain child's schedules and routines as set by parents
• Communicate effectively with parent regarding child's daily activities, progress, and concerns that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children - help with light housework such as dishes, bottles, laundry, and organizing toys
• Walking to and from the older child's preschool for pick-up in the afternoons
