Austin Family Seeking Full-Time Nanny!
About The Position
Central Austin family is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY for their 6-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter. The family is active and busy, looking for someone energetic and organized to match their pace. The nanny will be a steady presence for the children, assisting with their daily routines and activities. Mom and dad work full-time with demanding schedules and rely on the nanny to manage the children's needs during their work hours. The schedule is 11 am - 7 pm, with primary childcare hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, including school pickup and homework support. The role also involves light household tasks related to the children and meal preparation. The family has an elderly cat. The candidate must have their own reliable vehicle and a clean driving record, with gas and mileage reimbursed. The family is also open to a nanny who is willing to travel internationally with them, which is considered a bonus.
Requirements
- BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
- Up to date First-Aid & CPR Certification (willingness to renew as needed)
- Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
- Passion for working with children
- 5+ years of childcare experience in any field
- Excellent work and personal references
- U.S. Driver’s License
- Competent swimmer (if and when required)
- Non-smoker
- Willingness to be live-scanned and registered with Trustline (if CA resident)
- Willingness to sign a no-cell phone driving signed guarantee
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete Stop The Silence training upon membership
- Must have own clean and safe vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record
- Up to date on vaccines including Tdap, Covid, MMR, and Flu
- Willingness to sign an NDA for family privacy

- Bilingual candidates are a plus, with Spanish, French, German, and Japanese being of particular interest.
Responsibilities
