Part Time Nanny – Austin, TX
About The Position
A family in Austin, TX 78739 is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive part-time house helper and nanny. Both parents work full-time and are looking for a reliable individual to support them during the busy after-school and evening hours, helping to ensure a smooth dinnertime and bedtime routine for their three children (ages 6 months, 3 years, and 9 years). The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with flexibility appreciated. There is potential for occasional additional hours for date nights, parent work travel, and extra family support. The family home is smoke-free and pet-free. Perks include off-street parking and free snacks provided during the shift.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the family’s home in Austin
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Trustworthy, highly reliable, and capable of managing multiple children of different age groups
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- 5 to 10 years of professional childcare or family assistant experience (the family is open to adjusting this for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Pick up children from school
