About The Position
A family in Dallas, TX 75244 is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Part Time Afterschool Nanny to care for their 8 and 11 year-old children. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility. The family resides in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Requirements
- Previous childcare experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to reliably commute to the family's home
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Pick up the children from school and safely transport them home and to afterschool activities/practices (all anticipated travel is less than 2 miles; mileage reimbursement provided)
- Provide companionship and supervise age-appropriate games and activities
- Assist with homework
- Prepare light meals and snacks as needed
- Children's laundry
- Grocery shopping and other light household support as needed
