Part Time Nanny – Rowland Heights, CA
About The Position
A welcoming family in Rowland Heights, California, is seeking a warm, active, and reliable part-time nanny to care for their one-year-old child. The family values structured daily routines, creative play, and educational activities. The home is smoke-free and pet-free. The schedule is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for 15 hours per week, with a start date as soon as possible. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. Candidates must undergo a background check and provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Caregivers are hired directly by the family and are not employed by Wellthy.
Requirements
- Previous professional childcare or nanny experience.
- Strong professional references.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check.

- Familiarity with or understanding of Montessori principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care routines, including dressing, hygiene, and diaper changing or potty training.
- Plan, prepare, and feed healthy meals and snacks.
- Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate play and learning activities, including arts and crafts, music, reading, and interactive games.
- Keep play areas tidy and clean up after meals.
- Handle light laundry related to the child.
