Full Time Nanny - Williamsburg, NY

Maison D'Enfants•New York, NY
•$35 - $40•Onsite

About The Position

A warm and loving Williamsburg family with two young boys, a toddler and an infant, is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny. The nanny will provide nurturing, engaging, loving, and age-appropriate care and handle all child-related duties. The mother is at home and currently nursing; the nanny will work alongside her, generally caring for one child at a time. The family values clear communication, adaptability, a collaborative approach, and a long-term commitment. Their toddler may take time to warm up to new caregivers, so consistency is important. The ideal candidate will be experienced with infant and toddler milestones and plan balanced days that include developmental activities at home and in the backyard, as well as park outings, classes, and playdates. Duties include simple meal preparation and cleanup, children's laundry, toy and closet rotations, and preschool drop-off and pickup beginning in September 2027. The home is a townhouse with a backyard, with two parks within a 10-minute walk. The family has a small, calm, friendly dog, but no pet-related duties are required. The position is guaranteed for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ideally 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Occasional later evenings and bedtime care may be needed with advance notice. The family spends one to two weeks in the Hamptons in summer and time in Miami in winter; some flexibility for travel is desired. The start date is January or February 2027, with flexibility for the right candidate. The family is open to part-time hours during 2026 or a signing bonus to secure a preferred candidate ahead of the later start.
