A family-focused household is seeking an exceptional career nanny to join their family and provide loving, engaging care for their three children. The family has two sweet, energetic daughters, ages 6 and 3, and a newborn. The older girls are happy, outgoing children who love laughter, creativity, music, dancing, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and spending quality time with the people they love. They are close with one another, generally get along very well, and thrive with a nanny who is active, positive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with them throughout the day. This is a close-knit family that truly enjoys spending time together and values creating a warm, supportive home environment. They are looking for a nanny who will become a natural extension of their family and who feels comfortable working alongside involved parents in a collaborative environment. The role also requires travel flexibility, as the family spends time throughout the year at their home in the Dominican Republic and would love a nanny who can accompany them for several weeks annually.
