Housekeeper for a Family near Miami
About The Position
A warm, welcoming, and family-oriented household is seeking an experienced and highly professional Housekeeper to support the daily operations of their busy home. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of directly relevant experience working in a large private residence and possess a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail. The Housekeeper will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the home, including daily housekeeping tasks, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, clothing care, and maintaining organized household systems. In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, the role will include meal preparation and cooking, grocery shopping and household inventory management, and providing day-to-day operational support to help ensure the family's household runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to identify and complete tasks independently without requiring frequent direction. The family is seeking someone who enjoys creating order, takes pride in their work, and approaches household management with professionalism and care. This position requires someone who is trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working in a family-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be personable and easy to work with while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The family is looking for a long-term team member who will become a valued and dependable part of their household. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., totaling approximately 45 hours per week.
