They are close with one another, generally get along very well, and thrive with a nanny who is active, positive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with them throughout the day. This is a close-knit family that truly enjoys spending time together and values creating a warm, supportive home environment. They are looking for a nanny who will become a natural extension of their family and who feels comfortable working alongside involved parents in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of direct professional nanny experience and possess a nurturing, proactive, and highly professional approach to childcare. Responsibilities will include planning enriching activities, keeping the children active and engaged, preparing meals and lunches, managing children's laundry, maintaining children's spaces, and handling all child-related tasks with a positive, team-oriented attitude. They are hoping to find someone who is pleasant to be around, communicates well with both parents, and brings positive energy into the home each day.
