Requirements

Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Nice To Haves

Experience with autism is appreciated but not required.
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work alongside a therapy team.

Responsibilities

Celebrate milestones and everyday victories with children.
Engage in floor play, building train tracks, and backyard activities with toddlers.
Communicate effectively with children using picture cards and other tools, especially given their autism and speech delays.
Collaborate with ABA therapists and learn from their techniques.
Provide a patient and nurturing environment for children.
Assist with children's laundry.
Perform light meal preparation for children.
Vacuum and sweep children's areas.
Tidy up children's play areas and belongings.
Occasionally let out the family dog.
Be a steady, calm, and trustworthy presence for the family.
Become an important part of the family's support system.
