We are excited to match YOU with your dream family-- take a look below at this position, and let us know if you’re interested! This is a Full-Time Mother’s Helper Position in Fox Chapel, PA. The start date is ASAP, but flexible for the perfect fit. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, and Wednesday: 2:30 PM–TBD, with guaranteed 40 hours/week. The hourly rate is $25. The children are a 6-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a 1-year-old. There is one hypoallergenic dog. The family offers 5 days of paid vacation (family’s choice) and 5 days of paid vacation (nanny’s choice), plus all major holidays. The mother is looking for a nanny who sees family life as a team sport and can tag in to help manage the household and childcare. The nanny will primarily work with the easygoing 1-year-old while the mother handles older children's needs or household tasks. Responsibilities include juggling school drop-offs/pickups, naps, meals, playtime, children's laundry, changing sheets, tidying bedrooms and the playroom, vacuuming kid spaces, bringing in groceries, chopping fruits and veggies, light dinner prep, and general household upkeep. The family dog needs to be let out once or twice a day. The father works from home but travels frequently. The mother is home and highly involved, and the nanny should enjoy working alongside parents. The family enjoys an active lifestyle with outings like pool days, parks, and bike rides. Occasional flexibility for earlier or later hours when the father travels is appreciated with advance notice. The parents prioritize open communication, mutual respect, and making the nanny feel comfortable in their home. They are seeking a long-term commitment of 3-4 years. The ideal nanny is proactive, organized, energetic, common-sense, patient, kind, punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. They should be comfortable with busy family life, enjoy being useful, and want to become an integral part of the family.

Requirements

Must have a driver's license.
Must have a vehicle.
Must have a clean driving record.
Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
