A family looking for more than just a nanny is seeking a dependable, proactive caregiver who can bring energy, organization, and structure to their busy household. The ideal candidate will be loving, engaging, and confident creating a fun environment while keeping the children on track. They are looking for someone with a strong moral compass, positive attitude, and the ability to be both kind and firm. The family may welcome a new baby, so experience with newborn care is highly preferred. The family has a regular housekeeper, so deep cleaning is not required. They are looking for someone proactive, punctual, trustworthy, flexible, and willing to take initiative without needing to be micromanaged, with occasional travel or overnight care potentially needed. There is 1 small dog in the home.

Requirements

2 years experience minimum.
Dependable, proactive caregiver.

Driving children to school and activities.
Assisting with children's routines and bath time.
Encouraging healthy habits.
Children's laundry.
Unloading the dishwasher.
Wiping counters.
Vacuuming.
Meal prep and cooking for children.
Grocery pickup.
Keeping children’s areas stocked.
Checking backpacks.
Communicating when household supplies are running low.
Newborn care including bottle preparation, washing bottles, tummy time, sensory activities, walks, sleep-training support, and helping with developmental milestones.
