About The Position
Dream Nannies is seeking an energetic, organized, and self-starting Nanny Manager for a busy family in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The role combines attentive, development-focused care for two children, ages 4 and 2, with household management. A new baby is expected in January, so the nanny will also support the family’s infant-care routines. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at $30–$35 per hour. The ideal candidate is active, playful, patient, safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work independently. They will engage the children through hands-on learning and creative activities, incorporate preschool concepts into daily life, and use calm redirection and patient communication to help navigate toddler emotions. Montessori-inspired learning or developmental-activity experience is a bonus. The family follows a holistic lifestyle centered on clean, whole foods and appreciates support for its established routines. In addition to childcare, the Nanny Manager will proactively handle laundry, tidying, dishes, organization, children’s meals, and household resets. Infant-care familiarity, including bottle washing, developmental milestones, and infant routines, is important. Flexibility is needed for occasional earlier starts, later evenings, additional hours, and domestic travel, including trips to Florida.
Requirements
