Nashville Family Seeking Nanny/House Manager!!
About The Position
A warm, active family in the Belle Meade area of Nashville, TN is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSE MANAGER to support their 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. The children attend school full-time with after-school activities. This role is ideal for a proactive, positive candidate who thrives on structure and clear communication. Responsibilities include child care, school drop-off and pickups, driving to and from after-school activities, snack and some meal prep, keeping kids' essentials stocked, errands, and grocery shopping. The nanny will use the family's small SUV for transportation. The family prefers active engagement and play over screen time. The nanny should be a self-starter, comfortable covering sick days, and willing to travel with the family, including occasional international travel and overnight stays with the children. Light dog care for a hypoallergenic dog may also be required, and occasional house-sitting with the dog during family travel is a bonus.
Requirements
- Up-to-date vaccinations required
- Positive, flexible demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
- Up-to-date First-Aid & CPR certification (willingness to renew as needed)
- Ability to make a one-year commitment (unless applying for a temporary position)
- Passion for working with children
- 5+ years of childcare experience in any field
- Excellent work and personal references
- U.S. Driver’s License
- Competent swimmer
- Non-smoker
- Must be live-scanned and registered with Trustline (if CA resident)
- Willingness to sign our no-cell phone driving signed guarantee
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete our Stop the Silence training upon membership

Responsibilities

- Occasional house-sitting with the dog during family travel (bonus)
