Requirements

Must possess a valid, active Colorado DORA Nail Technician or Cosmetology license in good standing.
Must have reliable transportation to the shop and availability to work a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.
Minimum of 2 years of active, professional experience as a Nail Artist - Nail Technician (experience in high-end hand and foot care industry preferred).
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural, authentic ease when interacting with a professional, discerning clientele.
Ability to stand, move, and stay dynamically active through a standard 8-hour shift, and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs as needed to support shop operations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality hand and foot case services, including custom manicures, pedicures, specialized hand and foot treatments, nail shaping, and cuticle care tailored precisely to client preferences.
Conduct detail-oriented client consultations to understand their specific grooming profiles, explain the wellness benefits of our multi-service menu, and seamlessly recommend repeat scheduling.
Actively educate patrons on proper grooming routines, showcase retail product usage, and confidently drive recurring club membership enrollment.
Maintain a spotless, ultra-clean workstation, executing mandated tool sterilization and infection-control processes that strictly satisfy brand benchmarks and Colorado state board regulations.
Arrive prior to your shift with ample time to fully stock and organize your station according to standard operating procedures. Assist with washing and folding shop linens, and collaborate seamlessly with our team to keep the entire shop interior flawless.
Commit to ongoing education by attending continuing instruction courses, product promotions, and mandatory brand-specific training modules.
