About The Position

The NAC Delivery Specialist delivers batteries and provides exceptional customer service to National Account customers and dealers within an assigned territory. The role includes safely completing deliveries, maintaining product displays and company assets, managing dealer account activities, and completing route transactions and related paperwork. The specialist works independently with limited supervision and uses judgment while managing inventory and serving customers. Other duties may include battery delivery and service for non-National Account customers.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory management tools, such as tablets and scanners.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency when approaching tasks.
• Ability to work overtime if requested.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet driver qualification requirements.
• Must have and maintain a valid DOT medical card.

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver batteries and provide service to National Account customers on the assigned route safely and on time.
• Load and unload trucks safely and maintain an accurate account of company assets.
• Keep displays and products clean, full, and rotated according to National Account agreements.
• Manage a dealer account, including sales, consignment, warranties, rotations, cash collection, and invoicing.
• Complete delivery and route transactions and other paperwork promptly.
• Interact professionally with team members, managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Follow driver program requirements as specified by the manager.
• Collect and return junk and/or used batteries to the warehouse.
• Perform other assigned duties, including battery delivery and service for non-National Account customers.
