About The Position
The MV Team Lead supervises a shift team’s progress against work plans defined by Production management, ensuring proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. The role provides regular feedback and recommendations to management regarding production-line issues, organization, shifting priorities, and critical situations. It also cooperates with the unit supervisor to foster an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality. The Team Lead helps coordinate staffing adjustments and shift orders, reinforces production priorities, and leads the shift team in addressing technical, quality, and logistics issues. Responsibilities
- Help management implement staff movements in response to vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
- Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Assist management and the shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and execution of work plans within production lines.
- Lead during shifts, overseeing cooperation and resolution of technical and quality problems and logistics issues.
