Music School Receptionist - Part Time (Southwest Austin, TX)
About The Position
Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer The Musician's Woodshed - Lake Travis, a music school in Southwest Austin, Texas. The receptionist will be the primary point of contact for students, families, and teachers and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $15–$17 per hour, commensurate with experience. A 401(k) program with employer matching is available to employees after 90 days, and health benefit packages are available to part-time and full-time employees.
Requirements
- Be organized and a motivated self-starter.
- Have a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
- Greet students arriving for lessons and ensure teachers stay on schedule.
- Respond to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families.
- Interface with teachers to help them manage their student schedules.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
