About The Position
We are a high-energy, performance-based music academy dedicated to inspiring musicians of all ages! We help students discover the joy of playing rock, pop, and modern music through interactive individual lessons and dynamic group band rehearsals, culminating in real live stage performances. We are looking for a passionate, visionary, self-starting, and high-octane Music Director / Marketing Director to help establish and grow our school. This is a dual-impact leadership role combining musical excellence with student growth and marketing strategy. You will lead our musical curriculum, stage shows, and instructor team while driving student recruitment, community engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level individual and band ensemble instruction across multiple instruments (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys, or Vocals).
- Direct group rehearsals, curate show setlists, and prepare students for live concert performances.
- Train, mentor, and oversee our team of music instructors to maintain exceptional educational quality.
- Design and execute local marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, and social media promotions to attract new students.
- Plan and direct trial lessons, open houses, workshops, and local showcase events.
- Track lead conversion, student retention, and key performance metrics to drive steady growth.
- Build an energetic, positive, and supportive environment where students thrive and develop confidence.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and operational goals.
